Any files uploaded outside of working hours that require manual input will NOT be processed until TuneX re-opens.

Slave Users wanting decrypting and encrypting of files outside our service hours are charged at 3 Credit.
These requests can only be made if TuneX have no solution available or are unable to offer a working solution,
or the user requires specific custom tuning like changes for upgraded turbos, injectors ect.
If there are any file issues, and we cannot resolve, then file credits will be refunded back onto your credit balance.
Files over 21 days old that require further modifications are charged at an EXTRA Credits based on pricelist.
This includes solutions too.
TuneX reserves the right to allow access to the Vehicle Databases Lookup.
This Database is a service aimed at the SLAVE Network of TuneX.
If Vehicle Database usage is abused, your access will be permanently disabled and manual search reduced, this also accounts for Slave users on our network abusing the Vehicle Database service
All file uploads require credits on account.
All file requests sent that are processed by an engineer will be charged when the file has been processed and sent back.
If files are uploaded, and they are not the correct file, or you forgot to select a solution and the file has been processed by an engineer, you will be charged to process the file again.
PLEASE make sure you upload the correct file and select the correct options.
If you don't, you will be charged again to make the correct file.
File requests made for solutions that are not highlighted on upload will be processed and no refunds given.
If you are unsure of any solutions required, please make a support ticket so we can confirm if we can or can’t make a solution.
Anyone uploading files from clone tools and your tool cannot write the file, damages the ECU,
we will not be responsible, and no refunds will be given.
We do not offer support for failures of cloned tools.
NO refunds will be given for tool failures, please contact tool supplier support to help rectify the issue.
Without any before and after data logging, TuneX cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle.
Buying and programming software to any vehicle without data logging before and after is not recommended.
Any Vehicles on Dyno will need before and after runs for support, running a Modified car on Dyno without a stock baseline is not good practice.
All files supplied are safe for your engine, we take no responsibility for any damages caused to the engine.
All Files are programmed at your own risk. It’s very important you do full health checks on all engine parameters before tuning.
In the event, the file is causing issues. Data logs must be provided before any credits will be refunded to the account.
Please ensure you have correct data logging equipment before undertaking any tuning.
In the event the client requests Engine and Gearbox to both be remapped,
Please ensure Engine Tuning is completed first and then order Gearbox Tuning.
Refunds will not be given on Gearbox Files where Engine can not be remapped.
Please Read Tuner Comments before downloading the file.
We do not give refunds for failure to read these Comments.
When a job costs more than amount of credits and the user does not have enough credits.
Credits will be taken and file will remain locked until the correct credits have been taken from the account.
When using a Master Tool, Any Software updates made to a vehicle that wipes an TuneX Software will require a new Upload and be charged again.
When requesting Speed Limiter Removal (Vmax), The Limiter is not always in the ECU only.
These can be present in alternative modules like the BCM.
For these reasons, credits will not be returned. If the vehicle is still limited after Vmax Removal.
Please contact support to check file. If the Engineer confirms the solution is correct. The limiter will be stored in alternative modules.
When deleting DTCs or Components from vehicles, No refunds will be given for failure to complete the job due to the Installer not having the correct tools.
E.g. If Installer cannot find a specific DTC or cannot make reset. No Refunds will be given.
Any users found with multiple accounts will be deactivated and banned from our system. All credits on account will be lost.
Any slave tools, purchased from TuneX, Will not be subject to any release.
Release of any tools is at TuneX'a discretion.
If TuneX agree to release any slave tool a charge of E1000 + Vat is to be paid.
If a current user sells or transfers any tools to a new user, the new user must undergo a vetting and approval process conducted by TuneX.
The approval of the new user is at TuneX's sole discretion, and TuneX reserves the right to deny access or impose additional requirements as deemed necessary.
Name changes on the tool are required prior to TuneX's approval.
The previous owner is responsible for any transfer fees and name change fees associated with the transfer.
The new user is not permitted to use the previous owner’s TuneX account.
Any attempt to do so will result in the account being banned, and any remaining credits will not be refunded.
NO Software should be shared openly online, in any forums or on any form of social media platform.
Any user found doing so will have their account instantly deactivated, and all credits will be lost without refund.
